Mother Goose Toys use Australia Post for deliveries. All items listed on our web site have been individually weighed. This means that postage calculations are as accurate as possible. We understand that customers need to know how much delivery will cost. Because of this we have a built-in shipping calculator for your use. All you have to do is select add to cart, and then select calculate shipping cost add your post code & country and you will be provided with the delivery charges.   You have the option to select regular delivery or express delivery.

You always know what delivery will cost you, this way; you can shop with complete confidence regardless of the size and weight of your purchase.

 

Using regular post your order will take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Some remote areas can take up to 7 – 8 days. Express delivery generally takes 1 – 3 days.

 

Please Note: Requests to leave parcels at the front door, side of the house, on the verandah etc, will be at your risk as we do not know how secure the premises are and feel parcels are much safer kept at Post Offices for collection. Therefore Mother Goose Toys will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items should you request this delivery arrangement.

 

We are delighted to take orders from customers outside Australia and offer calculate shipping for selected countries. If your country does not appear in the drop down menu, please select Contact Us from the homepage and provide us with the name of the country. We will be happy to assist with providing a delivery charge. Please Note: Mother Goose Toys is in Australian Dollars and will not be liable for any money exchange rate fees. Such fees will be at your expense.

  

Mother Goose Toys is very aware of the need to recycle; as a result we participate in activities that help protect our environment. With this in mind, we keep boxes that have been sent to us and source suitable second-hand boxes. These boxes are then re-used when sending parcels to our customers. In our effort to reduce waste we also recycle other packaging materials that have been included in parcels sent to us.
