You may pay for your order directly into Mother Goose Baby Showers Childrens Games and Toys bank account via Direct Deposit (also called Electronic Funds Transfer EFT). This can be processed at your local bank or if you have Internet Banking you can conduct this transfer from your own home.

Mother Goose Toys accepts payment via personal cheque, bank cheque or Australia Post money order.

Please note that orders by these payment methods will not be processed until the funds have been cleared (which could take up to 7 working days).

GST Inclusive

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. Mother Goose Toys does NOT add an additional GST charge during order processing.

Exchanges

Mother Goose Toys will be happy to provide an exchange for 'damaged' product. In the event that you're order or some of your order is damaged during transit. You must email cassius9@tpg.com.au within 24 hours of delivery of your order and advise Mother Goose Toys of the damage. Please remember to include your full name, address, product name and code and a description of the damage. You must then return the item/s within seven (7) days. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of Mother Goose Baby Showers Childrens Games and Toys. Remember In order for Mother Goose Toys to process the exchange, you must first email cassius9@tpg.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, then return the item.

An address for returning the item will be provided to you by return email. You are then required to post the damaged item to us (remember this must be done within 7 days). Please allow 5 days (following receipt of the damaged item/s) for your exchange to be processed.

Product Warranties

When items leave Mother Goose Toys they are carefully checked to ensure that they are not damaged.

We strongly recommend that you select the delivery option (for an additional $2.60) that includes insurance for loss or damage of the items during transit. This insurance policy does not cover the items for any loss or damage that occurs after you are in possession of the items.

Each item purchased should only be used for the purpose described and always used under proper adult supervision. Children using the items should be of the appropriate age range.

Manufacturers warranties will not be valid where:

1. The item has been subject to misuse or has not been used in accordance with the product guidelines.

2. The manufacturers warranty period has expired.

3. Proof of purchase cannot be provided.



Product Availability

All products listed on our website are held in stock (unless otherwise indicated). On very rare occasions, an error in our inventory may result in an out of stock item being listed as in stock. If this occurs, Mother Goose Toys will email you (please ensure you have provided your email address when placing your order) within 24 hours to advise of the discrepancy. At this point you will have the following options:

1) Replacing the out-of stock product with a different item.

2) Placing the out of stock product on back-order in most cases, out of stock items can be ordered and received within 14 - 28 days.

Or

3) Cancelling your order.

On the odd occasion, manufactures will change designs or no longer supply certain product. Should this situation occur we will contact you and you would advice us whether you would like to proceed with option 1 or 3?
